I absolutely agree, especially with the idea that there cannot be a “grand plan” to save our country. That’s the illusion wrought by too much Hollywood-style “Red Dawn” delusions. The way forward is the same as it was in the 20’s and 30’s, only more difficult because we didn’t do it back then. Build up yourself, then build up your family, and then build up your (real) community. As Andrew Lytle said, we need to “let their goods rot on the shelf,” and not just literally by divesting ourselves of meaningless commercial garbage we accumulate and wrongly give value to, but their cultural and (lack of) spiritual goods as well. There is no substitute for making ourselves into good men, which is the greatest challenge of them all, because this is the only way that each one of us can be truly free.

When we have a critical mass of (truly) free men in free communities, then that’s another story for another time.

Like most in the reactosphere, I have my reservations about “white identity.” It feels artificial and smacks of victim psychology. And, anyway, I’m not much of a joiner. But these feelings won’t change the political reality: “white” is the category within which we are recognized by others. It is to “whites” collectively that the system attributes agency, privilege, and culpability. It is from whites, collectively, that it demands redress. This identity may stem less from a shared tradition than a shared checkbox on federal forms. Still, the checkbox sets the parameters of our shared interests, and embracing it is just embracing reality.

As for your lack of a 5 year plan, this is a good thing. Plenty of zealots exist already, and they haven’t achieved much. The best we can hope for is for a critical mass of mild, reasonable people to simply begin discussing racial matters openly. I see this happening here and now.

Very thoughtful article. I suspect the USA and Canada will end up as something like Brazil myself, with pockets of whites able to rise to the top like we are seeing in places such as Washington, DC. Of course, the whites need a lot of other peoples’ money to buy off the blacks while they take back territory one house and one abandoned business at a time. I have also noticed that these whites have no problem with large corporations who can absorb the costs of affirmative action quotas and bureaucratic red tape. Aside from bars and restaurants, there are very few small businesses in DC, but rather rather blocks of soviet-style apartments and offices, albeit more stylishly designed.

These whites, to my knowledge, are the only ones who are actually winning the race war today. If you want action, John, or anyone else reading this, with daily grinding street and even bureaucratic battles, come to DC. You’ll get plenty. True, the queers, lesbians, transies and feminists out-whine the blacks – but its kind of fun to watch. In the meantime, buy property in “transitioning” neighborhoods, and pack heat.
