He said he was attacked, which the evidence supports, and that he only killed the guy when he doubled back to attack him again, which the evidence supports.  The fact that he wasn&#039;t a chess grandmaster about the whole encounter doesn&#039;t bother me much.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I have a hard time believing that Wilson followed anything that resembled police procedure or tactics: maneuvering his vehicle so that the suspect could block his exit, drawing his weapon inside his car while struggling with the suspect, trying to subdue a fleeing belligerent suspect with no assistance, firing on an unarmed suspect. Is this mailman who volunteers on the weekend to patrol or a trained professional? Of course in practice cops follow no procedures, but let&#039;s not pretend they are &quot;doing their job&quot; just by clipping on the badge.]]></description>
