American Evangelicalism is essentially matriarchal and it always has been, at least since Finney brought in emotionalism as an essential doctrine. Even Barna, the Evangelicals own think tank, did a study that found that households with non-Christian fathers almost never passed on the faith to their children, but homes with church-going fathers almost always did.

Spot on.

The tragedy is — both sexes end up maladjusted and unfulfilled pursuing these very ends that were sold to them in their youth as “desirable”. Now we have not only a nation of bastards, but narcissistic delusional parents that don’t realize they’re the problem.

Political parties and governments in general require submission by its citizens. In a tyranny, the submission is achieve through the barrel of a gun. In democracies, the submission is taught, popularized and romanticized through media/academia/pop culture.

The end result is the same, albeit the democracy submission may take a generation or two. But like anything slow growing and cancerous…its roots dig deep. These roots were planted 50yrs ago in America and it may take just as long to pull this weed out of the American conscience.

Liberalism/Feminism/Collectivism/Statism/Communism = bad for you, bad for family, bad for the country. Period. end of sentence.

A couple decades of living it should be lesson enough. Here’s hoping the sheep start to wake up from this soon or there won’t be anything left to salvage.
