JG,
Similarly, is not the economy of South America subconsciously constructed and therefore predisposed to favor Latinos and Latino culture? Are not the economies of Asia subconsciously constructed and predisposed to favor Asians and Asian culture ? How about the cultural differences within a race? Do the Dutch or German economic models institutionally discriminate against the nature and work habits of Italians? Or Greeks? I agree with your premise that whatever the race and cultural quirks of a system, they were not designed to exclude "the other!"
(Notwithstanding the exclusionary effects of national legislation and labor unions)

If one removes the left's vile political implication from the concept of institutional racism it loses its ability to act as a dull blunt club to bash capitalism and Western culture. It loses its ability to stifle objective observation and conversation and solutions on those segments in every society not assimilating or succeeding on par with the mainstream. It loses its value to rationalize aberrant, dysfunctional criminal behaviors; and it is reduced to its essence as a simple statement on human nature.

Contrary to their preferred narrative, provocative ideas like yours terrify the modern progressive left. Don't stop.
